Carrying a Concealed Weapon

Before a person can be convicted of the crime of carrying a concealed weapon, the prosecutor must prove the following two things beyond a reasonable doubt:

  1. The person charged with carrying a concealed weapon knowingly carried a weapon on or about his person; and
  2. The weapon was concealed from the ordinary sight of another person.
